This notification serves to confirm that Absa Bank Ltd will be conducting a planned maintenance change on our mainframe application on 18 January 2026.
Change Window: Start: Sunday, 18 January 2026 at 13:00 PM End: Sunday, 18 January 2026 at 21:00 PM
Impact services: This will impact on batch services during the change window. Limited impact anticipated on the CAPI service. RTC Payment (Real-time clearance) Debi-Check Host files
Downtime: There will be intermittent downtime and therefore causing processing delays during the change window. The change will be monitored with all support groups on high alert.
