This notification serves to confirm that Absa Bank Ltd will be conducting a planned maintenance change on our mainframe application on 6 October 2025.
Change Window: Start: Monday, 6 October 2025 at 00:30 AM End: Monday, 6 October 2025 at 01:00 AM
Impact services: This will impact on batch services during the change window. Limited impact anticipated on the CAPI service. RTC Payment (Real-time clearance)
Downtime: There will be intermittent downtime and therefore causing processing delays during the change window. The change will be monitored with all support groups on high alert.
