This notification serves to inform you that there will be a change release on the 15th and the 16th of November 2023.

Change Window:
Start: Thursday, 16th Nov 2023 at 21:00 pm
End: Thursday, 16th Nov 2023 at 22:00 pm

Downtime:
We don't anticipate any downtime but, there might be intermittent failures that may impact both CAPI Payments and Mandates during the change window.

The change will be monitored with all support groups on high alert.
