This notification serves to confirm that Absa Bank Ltd is conducting a planned data base migration to remediate challenges experienced with the processing of Host files via the SFTP process.
Change Window: Start time: 21 May 2023 at 05:00 End time: 21 May 2023 at 09:30
This will impact on the batch services only (no impact to CAPI service): RTC Payment (Real time clearance ) Debi-Check Host files (EFT/AVS)
Downtime: There may be intermittent delays in processing files during the change window. The change will be monitored with all support groups on high alert.
