Dear valued client
To ensure our DebiCheck core systems are compliant and recovery ready, we hereby inform you of our planned annual Disaster Recovery (DR) failover which will take place during the 2nd week of February 2023, starting this weekend.
Scheduled failover and failback, including downtime: Failover planned for Sunday 05 February 2023 at 2:00am – 10:00am. Failback planned for Sunday 12 February 2023 at 2:00am – 10:00am. All DebiCheck services will be unavailable during the 02:00am – 10:00am windows.
Impact during the downtime: Delays in processing. Files and Realtime requests will be held by Standard Bank and processed once the deployments are completed. Please engage with your Standard Bank Transaction Account Manager should you require any further information or clarity.
